Grab your partners and dosey doe!
Country dancing is a broad term for social folk dances from the British Isles, often done in couples in long lines or circles, featuring progressive patterns where dancers change partners whilst doing some well known steps like the dosey doe, threading the needle and promenade which the “caller” Amanda will teach and then call out the moves. It's characterised by predefined figures, interaction between partners, and a progression that brings new leading couples to the front, making it social and fun for all ages and genders.
